This policy applies to all purchases made from DiverseyCleaning:

Before returning an item to DiverseyCleaning you need to log into your DiverseyCleaning account on www.diverseycleaning.co.nz and submit a RMA request in your account section to advise us of your wish and reason to return the product. We will then provide you with further information on the return process and how the product maybe returned to us. It is important that you lodge the return request form within 7 days of receipt of the goods as otherwise requests for returns will not be accepted regardless of reason.

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, DiverseyCleaning will be pleased to offer you an exchange of goods, provided

  • The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), unused and as sold); and
  • You cover any return freight charges applicable to returning the product to us (unless the product is faulty or damaged).

Consumer guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from DiverseyCleaning. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

Return Locations

It will depend on the nature of the item to where the product needs to be returned to. As such please submit the RMA request via your Account section on our website to advise us about your wish to return the item so that we can provide you with instructions on how the product should be returned. Please be aware that unless the item is faulty DiverseyCleaning is not responsible for the freight charges to return the item.

Payment Method

For all purchases, DiverseyCleaning will refund using your original payment method.
